ABOUT SUE

Sue has 35 years experience as an astrologer, teacher, lecturer and writer focusing on conscious balancing of our archetypal selves.
Sue began her private practice as an astrological consultant in 1982. Previously in 1973, she met her spiritual teacher Dr. R. P. Kaushik from New Delhi, India. She visited his ashram in India in 1974. From that point forward she committed her life to conscious unfolding of her spiritual development and to serving the greater good. Her astrological studies began in 1975 with her teacher/mentor Mary Orser. For seven years she studied with Mary and pursued this cosmic art/science before beginning her practice in 1982.

In spring of 1985, Sue took refuge at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra monastery in Woodstock, New York and then took Boddhisatva vows that fall committing to a life of Buddha, Dharma, Sangha practice.
​
In 1986 she taught astrology that summer to the staff at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York and had her own metaphysical shop called Star Guide in Kingston, New York in 1987, plus worked at several resort hotels in the Catskills from ’87 to ‘92.

In ’92 through ’97 she was a consultant for Psychic Friends Network and wrote articles for Radio
Woodstock WDST’s website.
She began teaching monthly study groups from her home in Woodstock, NY in 2000 and continues today.
In 2010 she was ordained as an inter-faith reverend. She officiates weddings and specializes in relationship and couples counseling since affairs of the heart is the most sought after advice topping health, wealth, career and family counseling.
